People will be able to change their fonts, change their themes plus enjoy a vast array of new features. I want to see how the the power saving works and the feature they call micro-intelligence. Will the customisations be so good to an extent I will, for once, do away with launchers? I hope their launcher will be nice, intuitive and exciting. Maybe here’s where the Micro-intelligence feature will work showing you what you need to know and what apps you need.</div>

I can’t say whether or not I am excited about HiOS. I have not owned a TECNO device since the TECNO F6. If I had the TECNO Camon C8, I would have installed the BETA version and shared with you my experience. When the TECNO Boom J8 launches, I will make sure to do so and tell you everything about HiOS. So keep waiting.</div>

When Infinix launched XUI it changed a lot of things about the Infinix line of products. They became one. And it showed Infinix’ resolve to keep updating their devices. I hope this is TECNO’s. Marshmallow is coming to the Camon C8. But TECNO has Phantoms, and other line of phones. Let them update them</div>

In these parties, attendees ared allowed to do anything they want (by ANYTHING, they mean; drink like never before, have sex and do all ratchet things under one roof).<br />

Below is an example of info on one of such parties’ flyers that recently littered the city of Nairobi..<br />

“ON MARCH 12TH HISTORY WILL BE MADE… CHICS…DUDES AND A WHOLE LOT OF BOOZE. COME AND EXPERIENCE THE HOUSE PARTY EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT, NO RULES, NO REGULATIONS. CARRY YOUR OWN HIGH WHETHER HERBS, PILLS – EVERYTHING IS LEGAL”<br />
This left parents and guardians fearing that their children might attend this “evil party” without their knowledge and have called upon the police to help them stop the event. The police of course responded. The “Project X” event was banned.<br />

Kenyans are still in shock after news went viral that over 100 teens were arrested by the police some days back at a house party in Lang’ata. The teens aged 18-20, are said to have been celebrating one of their friends “academic achievements”. Some of the teens tried escaping the police drag net by jumping over an electric fence but the police caught up with them.<br />

And it was just a few days after, some teens were also busted drunk and having sex in another house party.<br />

It is very important to know our identity in Christ Jesus; it makes all the difference in our lives. If you don’t know your status, you will be denied many things. Your identity will help you know what you are qualified for and what you can do. When people ask who you are, the response you give them will determine the level of respect they accord you from that moment on. Who you are determine your actions. There were certain things you used to do before you become born again that you can no longer do. I know that I am the son of the Most High God. My Father rules over the Heavens and the Earth. He owns all you can see, both visible and invisible. This is why I don’t ask my Father for peanuts, I ask Him for big things, if they are not available at the moment of my asking, He will create them just for my sake.<br />

My heavenly father owns everything and they belong to me. Joy, peace, riches, victory, success, healing, anointing, exploits are all my rights in Him. The fact that you are also a child of God should inform you that you are not permitted to stay in bondage. If you claim to have an assurance of your sonship in Christ and you are still a slave to fear, then something must be wrong somewhere.<br />

Many people do not understand when I call God ‘Daddy’ or when I say “my Father said”. They see God as mystery that cannot be communicated with, but He is my Father and He speaks with me. When the Holy Spirit guides you, you cannot make mistakes, and that is why we cannot afford not to be led by Him. It also assures you of your sonship in God. Having this assurance, you are to live holy.<br />

You cannot be toying with sin and expect to maintain your sonship in God. Sin is a destroyer. No matter how big the temptation to sin is, there is a seed in you that gives you the power to overcome. Joseph knew who he was in God and so he said “how can I do this great wickedness and sin against God.” Once you know who you are and where God is taking you to, you will not live carelessly. The moment you surrender you life to Jesus, your status changes. You become a member of the highest royal family in the universe and you possess the greatest weapon against the devil.<br />

Mr Zao LingXiang, Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Nigeria, said this in an interview in Abuja. “But the total amount of export to China was only about one million barrels in 2015 that was just 1.3 per cent of Nigerian annual oil export. “In my opinion, it really doesn’t matter whether Iran comes back or not; Chinese companies want to import more crude oil from Nigeria,” he said. He said that current trade volume between both countries stood at 14.94 billion U.S. dollars in 2014 making Nigeria third largest trade partner of China in Africa. The economic counsellor added that Nigeria’s trade figure was 8.3 per cent of China’s total trade volume with Africa and 42 per cent of the total trade volume between China and Africa. He said that China also sought to explore other areas of cooperation with Nigeria which he noted would be of benefit to both parties. “China is the largest developing country in the world and Nigeria is the largest developing country in Africa and both countries have complementary advantages in natural and human resources, funds and markets. “Right now, the Nigerian Government is trying to diversify its economy which is fully in line with the 10 China-Africa cooperation plans announced at the summit on China-Africa trade in Johannesburg in 2015. “There are great potential for cooperation between China and Nigeria in the fields of industrialisation, agricultural modernisation, infrastructure construction, financial services, trade and investment facilitation, among others.” He, however, added that both countries had made “remarkable achievements” in the areas of infrastructure cooperation. He said that the coming visit of President Muhammad Buhari to China in April would facilitate the implementation of agreements reached at the 2015 China-African summit in Johannesburg. The economic counsellor further added that the president’s visit would also deepen cooperation between both countries. LinXiang explained that the total investment volume between China and Africa exceeded 100 billion U.S dollars in 2015 in spite of the decline in imports from Africa. So, naturally, when we heard news that the Samsung Galaxy S7 would come in a variant with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 instead of Samsung’s own Exynos 8890, the developer community crossed its fingers and hoped for the best. Could this be the first Samsung flagship in recent memory which will have good support for AOSP based development? Could it actually be possible to remove TouchWiz entirely from a Samsung flagship, and enjoy an AOSP experience sans all the bloat? Could one expect to get on the latest Android version without waiting months for Samsung to port it over to the device?</div>

Alas, that would be wishful thinking. The road began with roadblocks at the get-go. For starters, only the devices sold in the USA would come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820. Devices sold internationally would come with the Exynos 8890, which meant that a large part of the world would be bereft of community works on AOSP just like previous flagships from Samsung. However, this was somewhat expected, and as such, this news was not surprising.</div>

Then, there come the carriers. US carriers have a strong history of locking down devices, with Verizon and AT&T being the worst when it comes to bootloader locking. So users on those carriers could very much expect to be stuck with what came out of the box for the most part. Updates to the Android system has to be first implemented in TouchWiz by Samsung, and then has to pass through the carrier to reach the device, adding another step in the update deployment process.</div>

So, with all of this being said and done, Sprint and T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge users would be the luckiest of the lot, right? Afterall, even though these carriers undertake SIM locking practices on devices, they are traditionally not so uptight as the other carriers are when it comes to Samsung bootloaders. The devices still do not compare to <em style="box-sizing: border-box;">fully</em> unlocked devices, but something is better than nothing, right? Right?</div>

This was no ordinary write failure. A secure check failure, in simple terms, indicates a locked down bootloader. As far as my personal knowledge and <a href="https://source.android.com/security/verifiedboot/" style="background-color: transparent; box-sizing: border-box; color: #fc8d8d; text-decoration: none; transition: 0.2s;">understanding</a> goes, this prevents any operations from executing unless the signature of the file matches with the OEM’s public key stored on the boot partition of the device. This essentially restricts all activities to those that come directly from the OEM, Samsung in this case. You can’t flash anything, not even repacked stock images with no other modifications.</div>

With this, Samsung has effectively locked all development on the Snapdragon 820 variants of the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. Even though most of this discussion exists in the T-Mobile S7 Edge forums, the scenario and the consequences apply to all carriers and to the S7 (SD-820) as well. What was supposed to be a developer friendly device from Samsung in a long time has become even more locked down than the Exynos variants. This is really frustrating for users who are specifically looking for a Samsung device with development, since they were more likely to roll with the Snapdragon 820 variant than the Exynos variant based on past experiences.</div>

The situation is not a 100% disaster yet. There is still a very small chance that root could be obtained via vulnerabilities and exploits. These are crude ways to obtain root, but it can be done, though none have been found yet. But the problems with vulnerabilities and exploits is that they get patched in future updates. The end user has to decide whether he wishes to get on the latest update but be without root until new exploits are found, or stay on an outdated update and remain content with root. You update to the latest and you are back to square one.</div>

The boot image has dm-verity on which means you’ll get a boot loop if you ever do anything to mount/write to the system partition. Live roots will be the only way.<br />

The non-dev public gets a phone that is secure to the very best of Samsung’s current capabilities, while the developer community gets their bootloaders unlocked at the cost of losing Samsung Pay and other security-dependent features.</div>

The third month is almost gone in the “New Year”. What have you done with these first three months? As we prepare for the forth month, make sure you do something tangible to prove to God and man that you are worthy to be alive. Some people are merely existing and not living. God wants you to live life to the fullest by impacting your immediate environment. There are still people who have so many excuses to give as reasons for doing nothing tangible since the beginning of this year. Time waits for no one, get something doing. It may be small, but God will breathe on it and make it great. Stop waiting for that loan from the bank before you starts the business. Challenge yourself to launch out into the deep through the instruction of the Almighty God, and you will be surprised that there is life on the other side. Even if you don’t have your own business, you can get busy volunteering your services for others, you never can tell how God will meet you. In Exodus 3:1-4, Moses had an encounter with God while tending to his father-in-law’s flock. Gideon was busy threshing wheat when an angel came visiting. Your breakthrough and blessing can locate you anywhere. There are many people who are unemployed because they are waiting for appointments from oil companies. It is not the job you do that will determine your prosperity; it is how you do what you do. You can be selling recharge cards today and become a dealer tomorrow if you don’t give in to laziness.<br />

If you are a lazy believer, it doesn’t matter how many days you spend in church and how many prayer meetings you attend, nobody will commit great things into your hand. There are some people who have the habit of always deferring the work they are supposed to do today till tomorrow. This is procrastination, and it renders one ineffective where results are expected, because you will never be able to deliver. There are some people who are always sleeping on duty; some even spend the whole day moving from one office to the other talking away the day. By the time such people come to their senses, the year is almost ending and they have nothing substantial to show for the time gone. This is also very important in spiritual matters; if you are not ready to work hard you cannot be a vessel unto honour in God’s hand. Those that God used in the Bible were already busy in their various businesses before God called them. It is on record that Peter toiled all night. Lazy people sleep all night and they want to wake up and begin to command wonders. Don’t be a sluggard. The sluggard has so many untouched files on his table, yet he is gallivanting around. The sluggard will fold his hands and invite God to take control of all his assignments, yet he will be the one to complain if his wages are delayed for a moment. <br />
